The Target Group
The training courses and seminars aim at entrepreneurs and executives as well as employees of small- and medium-sized companies and large concerns, non-profit organizations and in public administration, working on and optimizing the business processes.

The participiant receives an international accredited certificate “Process Manager” according to EN ISO 15504:2004 (after Module 1) or “Senior Process Manager” according to EN ISO/ IEC 17024 (after Module 3).
